OCR Champion Faye Stenning and Olympian Jess O’Connell, have brought their coaching platform to the Obstacle Racing Media family of podcasts.

Until very recently, men and women trained similarly despite fairly substantial biological differences (hello, hormones!). In recent years, more conversations are happening to teach women to train with, rather than against, their physiology.
